Terms of Service

Last updated 11 July 2026

These terms cover your use of WakeWithin. If anything here is unclear, get in touch and we will explain it in plain language.

1. What WakeWithin is

WakeWithin sells guided audio programmes built from hypnosis-style suggestion, mental rehearsal, and binaural sound. A programme is a set of daily sessions delivered as streaming audio through this website.

The service is provided by WakeWithin (a trading name), reachable at hello@wakewithin.com.

2. Not medical care

WakeWithin is an educational and wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device, a mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Nothing in the programmes is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Please do not use WakeWithin as a replacement for therapy, medication, or advice from a qualified clinician. If you are experiencing active psychosis, dissociative disorders, epilepsy, or a severe untreated mental health condition, please speak with a clinician before using self-guided audio work.

3. Safe use

Sessions include induction and deepening cues designed to relax you. For that reason:

  • Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
  • Do not listen in any situation where you need to stay alert.
  • Listen at a comfortable volume, seated or lying down, with stereo headphones.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us as soon as possible if you think your account has been used without your permission.

You need to be at least 16 years old to use WakeWithin.

5. Payments, refunds and trials

Prices are shown on the programme page at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Some programmes include a free Day 1 preview so you can try the format before you pay.

If a paid programme is not what you hoped for, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will offer a refund, unless you have already completed more than three days of the programme.

6. Licence to listen

When you buy a programme, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream that programme for your own use. You may not download, record, share, resell, sublicense, or publicly perform the audio, in whole or in part.

7. Content and IP

All audio, artwork, and written content on WakeWithin is owned by us or licensed to us. Nothing you see or hear here transfers any ownership to you.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not try to break, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the service, and please do not use it to harm yourself or others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WakeWithin is provided as is. We do not guarantee any particular result and our total liability for any claim connected to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot be limited under English law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we will post the updated version here with a new date at the top. Continued use after that means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
